Minerva SA received two important awards at the Sales Excellence Awards 2016, organised by the Hellenic Sales Institute (IPE) and Boussias Communications Ltd.
Minerva excelled in the Successful Product Import category and received the Bronze medal for its TOP balsamic product range.
Drawing its inspiration from modern culinary principles, Minerva recently expanded its range of TOP balsamic vinegars to meet the needs of contemporary families. In this context it has relaunched its range of TOP balsamic vinegars and glazes, with new packaging, adding two new innovative products: balsamic glaze with pomegranate & vanilla and balsamic glaze with honey & lemon. At the same time, it also launched its new and improved website www.vinegartop.com with recipes and consumer information.
The award was received by Minerva Group Product Manager, Ioanna Lioliou.
Minerva also won the Gold Award for Innovation in Sales and Customer-Centricity, for using innovative technologies and improving sales.
More specifically, Minerva has strengthened all its sales procedures and field marketing activities with Entersoft Mobile Sales Force Automation and Entersoft Mobile Field Marketing. This has gained the company significant benefits both in terms of effectiveness and in terms of reducing administrative sales cost. The software implements the company’s strategic planning, carrying out its field marketing activities (merchandising, audits, promotions, inventories, questionnaires, competition reporting, price collection) and sales activities (order management, approvals, etc.) in accordance with the commercial, credit and promotional policies that apply to each customer. The software is used by 40 users, 30 of which are mobile users.
