This product combines both a balanced flavor and the velvety texture of margarine with the purity and tradition of “Horio” olive oils. It is a natural source of vitamin E, rich in unsaturated fats, without preservatives, hydrogenated and trans. You can use it during fasting periods (lent) and it is suitable for those suffering from food allergies and food intolerances. It is a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) product and is produced in Episkopiko, Ioannina, Epirus, with 100% Greek sheep’s and goat’s milk. With a solid texture, strong and spicy traditional flavor, it matures for at least 3 months and then reaches our table in a unique package. Let’s set the table! Available in a 380gr pack.

Horio light white cheese

Horio light white cheese retains all the original taste of Horio feta cheese since it undergoes the same maturation process, but still it only has 12% fat. It is ideal for low calorie and low fat diets, and for your cooking! It is made with 100% goat’s milk in Episkopiko, in Ioannina, in Epirus. Available in a 360gr & 700gr pack.

It can accompany wine, can be cooked into saganaki in the frying pan and will elevate our cooking and flavors. Available in a 250gr vacuum pack.

Horio Mature Graviera

This graviera matures for at least 7 months, which gives it a spicier flavor and satisfies consumers who prefer a fuller graviera flavor. It is excellent for saganaki and can be a great accompaniment to wine, cooking, as well as, a quick snack, since Horio Mature Graviera is available in a 250gr vacuum pack.

Horio Sweet Graviera

Horio Sweet Graviera is matured for at least 5 months and has a mild and sweet flavor. It would be perfect to accompany a fruit platter, cheese platter, or with wine, as well as, in a toast or with a sweet bread, such as brioche. It is also appropriate for any kind of cooking!
