250g Minerva margarine with Greek olive oil
6 eggs
½ kilo organic feta cheese Minerva
½ kilo yellow cheese of your choice, grated
1 cup self-rising flour
A little pepper and a little oregano
EXECUTION
Mix all ingredients in a bowl well and pour into a non stick baking dish.
Bake at 180°C until golden.
