Mushroom Salad

ΠΡΟΪΟΝΤΑ ΠΟΥ ΧΡΗΣΙΜΟΠΟΙΗΘΗΚΑΝ
ΚΑΤΗΓΟΡΙΕΣ
ΣΥΣΤΑΤΙΚΑ

4 tblsp. Horio organic extra virgin olive oil
1 tblsp. Ηorio White Vinegar
300 gr. sliced mushroom
salt, pepper, parsley
1 bunch of endives (chop only the tender leaves)

ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
  1. Mix the Horio organic extra virgin olive oil, the vinegar, the salt and the pepper.
  2. Add the mushrooms and the parsley and let them marinate for one hour.
  3. Spread the endive leaf by leaf on an open platter. Serve the mushrooms over the endive, sprinkle with pepper and serve.
