300 gr all purpose flour 1 tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda 115 grHorio Butter Corfu Type 70 gr sugar 100 gr honey 40 gr yogurt 1 tblsp orange zest 1 shot of orange liquor
ΕΚΤΕΛΕΣΗ
In a small bowl mix 10gr sugar, orange zest and orange liquor
In a mixer, beat the Horio butter Corfu type and the remaining sugar very well, add the honey, yogurt and orange mix and continue to beat mixture
Add flour, baking powder and baking soda and continue to beat for 2-3 minutes
Knead the dough into a ball and make cookies in whatever shape you like
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees or until golden brown
