  • 2 bass fish fillets
  • spinach
  • rocket
  • 4-5 small tomatoes
  • 1 fresh onion
  • dill
  • P.D.O Kalamata extra virgin olive oil
  • white wine
EXECUTION
  1. Lightly fry the fillet.
  2. Cook for 2-3 minutes in 180°C oven.
  3. In a frying pan lightly fry the onion, the small tomatoes, the spinach and the rocket with P.D.O Kalamata extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Add seasoning and set up the dish in a round pan.
  5. First put the fillets and on top add the lightly fried vegetables.
