Chicken with caramelized onions

INGREDIENTS
2 fillet of chicken breasts, cut in pieces
3 medium onions cut in thin round slices
6 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp Minerva margarine with
Greek extra virgin olive oil
salt
pepper
EXECUTION
Place 1 tablespoon margarine in frying pan over medium heat and when melted add onions
Sauté until onions are soft and add sugar
Continue to sauté stirring occasionally until onions are caramelized
Melt remaining margarine in another pan and add chicken pieces
Sauté for about 2-4 minutes on each side until browned and chicken is cooked
Add salt, pepper and caramelized onions
Stir well until ingredients are combined and remove pan from heat
Serve
